Vision Statement for Cedars Community Hospice Outreach.
In addition to our Mission for direct care services to patients and families, we have developed a Vision Statement for Outreach.
To design and make available opportunities for healing the spirit of families and loved ones connected to patients during the end of life process.
To develop and make available life enhancement activities for families and loved ones.
To create consciousness in the community of the means for self-healing during the end of life process and after the loss of a loved one.
To work with institutions of education, and with institutions and practitioners of the healing arts, to advance the study and provision of opportunities for celebrating life, even after the loss of a loved one.
