Cedars Community Hospice is a nonprofit organization. We welcome the generosity of others to help us provide patients and their families with our compassionate and experienced hospice services.

Volunteer

Volunteers play a very important role in the delivery of our hospice care. Opportunities to volunteer exist in both our inpatient hospice center and with our home hospice outreach. For more information on how to volunteer, please contact us.

Grants & Donations

We are grateful for the generous support of foundations and supporters, whose contributions to our “Rejoicing Life” capital campaign have helped to fund the construction of our new Cedars Hospice Center.

In addition to our Rejoicing Life capital fund that supports the construction and operations of our new inpatient hospice center, you can also provide donations to support the Cedars Community Hospice General Fund or sponsor the commemorative naming of a location or setting within our new hospice center.

When making a gift, please let us know for which fund or purpose the gift is intended. If not specified, your donation will go toward the general and charitable operations of Cedars Community Hospice. To make a donation, please mail your check made payable to Cedars Community Hospice to:

Fundraising Events

Cedars Community Hospice sponsors a number of different fundraising events throughout the year. Our annual Robert Purcell Charity Golf Outing each June benefits The Cedars Benevolent Fund, established to assist us in providing care to individuals unable to pay for services. In addition, Cedars Community Hospice sponsors the Annual Masquerade Ball and The Nite of Dance & Doo Wop to raise funds for our organization.
