Suzen holds a Masters and a Specialist Degree in Counselor Education from the University of Pittsburgh and is certified by the Jain Meditation International Center in New York as a practitioner of integrated health and wellness. Since the 1970s, she has been teaching and studying Yoga, Meditation and T'ai Ji in a wide variety of settings -- both in the US, East Africa, India, the Caribbean and England.
The YeSSS Method of Restorative Yoga developed by Suzen, integrates acu-yoga, Chinese yoga (QiGong), breathing practices (Pranayama), passive stretches with active observation using cushy balls and other props. She was inspired by her Threshold Singers experience to introduce a unique guided relaxation (shavasana) practice ending each session, which includes chants and 'lullabyes' from a variety of traditions.

When the weather permits she holds T'ai Ji practice in local park settings and also designs custom Wellness Getaways for small groups . Group classes are on-going with Suzen at Club One.
She has produced a series of Self-Care CDs ,wellnesstraining.com website and CelebratingtheInnerHealer.blogspot.com. March 2010 she presented Mindful Walking, Hara Breathing and QiGong with the Tai Ji Dance of the Five Elements on the Holistic Holiday at Sea Caribbean cruise.
